Nothing is more important in our business than the health and welfare of our patients, staff, and friends.   We have taken extreme measures to this end from closing the center to completely redesigning our workflow and infection control measures.   In this unprecedented time of unknowns, we have taken multiple steps to address the health and safety risks associated with being in public.

  • we have removed chairs from the reception area.
  • we are asking friends and family to wait in cars
  • we have suspended unnecessary/non-essential persons in the center
  • we are conducting business online whenever possible
  • we have enhanced messaging on our website
  • we have developed a (unsuccessful!) gofundme campaign (help.coronapandemic.us)
  • we have developed a website with current information (coronapandemic.us)
  • we have followed releases from local, state, federal and world health and political organizations
  • we are sanitizing surfaces and washing hands and wearing masks more frequently than ever.
  • we are using universal precautions in our interactions
  • we are utilizing personal protective equipment in encounters
  • we are anxiously awaiting universal testing
  • we are keeping anyone with self-reported illness out of the center
  • we have and are delaying elective procedures
  • we have applied for grants and loans
  • we are following universal sterilization guidelines
  • we are reviewing and adhering to all enhanced best practices and regulatory guidelines
  • we are obtaining continuing education on the virus and the transmission and treatment guidelines
